A delightful and savoury expression of Barossa GSM. Best drunk with meals and mates and a second glass too.

Winery Tasting Notes
Crimson red/purple with a regal purple hues.
Lifted blood plums, rose petal and raspberries and some dark pepper and brambly spice smells.
Generous black plums, mulberry and black cherry open with hints of clove and spice.
On the middle palate there are flavoursome plum, cinnamon, and earth emerge with subtle dried herb and cedar notes along with a dry dark chocolate mouth feel.
After palate begins with sweet fruit then tightens up with fine fruit and oak tannin. Great long, fine tannins and sweet spice cuts through any hints of jamminess.
The finish is youthful austerity as you would expect from classic Barossa GSM but there is also plenty of fineness to the tannin and dark chocolate nuances in the lengthy finish.
