True to Eden Valley character, St Hallett Eden Valley Riesling has lemon blossom aromas and pristine lime flavours held together by spine-tingling steely acidity and a long mineral finish.
The Eden Valley sub-region is perched 250 metres above the adjacent Barossa Valley sub-region, at approximately 550 metres above sea level. This cooler Barossa sub-region is the historical home to some of Australia’s finest Rieslings.

"An approachable and early-drinking St Hallett is defined by a pure, ripe lemon and lime profile, with subtle hints of red apple and mandarin. The acid profile is outstanding – taut, tense and drawn out long into the finish."

Winery Tasting Notes
A pretty nose with hints of rose petal and citrus blossom along with the customary fresh lime characters expected of Eden Valley Riesling.
The exceptional 2012 vintage is reflected in the elegance and harmony of this wine. The citrus fruit characters are carried on a silky palate with hints of sherbert. The soft lime- like acidity is very approachable, even as a young wine, with great persistence.
