Expert Reviews

Spicy nose with interesting 'rusty tin' character. Soft, plain and earthy palate - has length and structure. Winestate Oct-09

96 Points. "One of the great wines of the world appears back on form with this lovely rendition of 2003 Hermitage. It is really way too young to drink at the moment - full of graphite and mineral fruit. But slowly a haunting perfume arises, showing delightful red fruits on a muscular and perfectly balanced palate punctuated by lacy tannins. A superstar in the making and a keeper for sure." The Imported Wine Handbook, Angus Hughson (Australia), August 08
