Colour

Pale red with a bright hue

Aroma

Lifted perfume of fraises des bois, with a hint of spicy and toasty oak.

Palate

The palate is remarkably buoyant, with a firm structure and well defined red fruits. Whilst showing an increased amount of delicacy from the cool season, there is a nice persistent presence, which will start to fill out with some increased rounded sweetness on the midpalate 6-12 months after bottling.
