Sourced from a select group of hand tended vineyards located amongst the rolling hills of the Mornington Peninsula, the regions' unique geography and cool maritime conditions contribute to a highly distinctive expression of Chardonnay, typically showing a complex array of exotic fresh citrus fruit flavours supported by natural acid with a delicate mineral character. Winery Tasting Notes

Colour

Pale straw.

Aroma

Floral and honey notes lead into an abundance of grapefruit and spicy lime zest.

Palate

Always very tight in the first 3 months post bottling, but the flavour is already mouth filling and showing plenty of intensity. Flavours are centred around lemon and grapefruit with some nice hints of toasty oak.
