The fruit for this wine was picked in the cool night air during February 2010. Following crushing and pressing the clarified juice was fermented using a selected yeast strain at very low temperatures. Once fermentation was complete the individual parcels of wine were carefully blended together to make this consistent and award winning style.
2010 in many respects was a perfect vintage. Lovely ripe fruit flavours, perfect analyses and a completely disease-free growing season. Super wines by any measure with the real standouts made up of Chardonnay and the reds.
