This wine is deliberately made to be a very Sauvignon Blanc dominant style. The Semillon acts in support giving some weight and consistency to the style but it is the more lifted and aromatic qualities of the Sauvignon that we want to see in this wine.

Winery Tasting Notes
80 % Sauvignon Blanc and 20 % Semillon
Very pale straw with a lime hue as one would expect from a fresh new vintage white wine.
Classic box hedge nuances with some riper, lean tropicals coming through.
This wine has always been a beacon when it comes to mouthfeel and texture and this year is no exception. This is a crisp, dry wine with a lovely zesty, almost bracing acid mouthfeel. Texture is in the mineral spectrum and the flavours are those as seen on the bouquet with an added note of citrus pith. In a word, delightful.
