Colour

Pale golden yellow illuminated by fluorescent green highlights. The bead is particularly fine and abundant.

Aroma

The nose presents fresh aromas of contrasting intense yet subtle grilled toasty notes. These characters are followed by aromas of candied citrus peel, lemon, vanilla tart, roasted almonds and finally a floral hint of dried flowers and lime blossom.

Palate

This outstanding wine is only produced when the harvest is of exceptional quality and worthy of vintage Champagne. It is made exclusively from white Chardonnay grapes from the most renowned crus of the prestigious Cotes de Blancs. To guarantee the wine’s finesse, only the first pressing is used and this exceptional Champagne is aged for several years in the cellars of Saint-Nicaise.
