This Pinot Grigio is a first for Tatachilla and is reminiscent of Italian Pinot Grigio's - the home of this variety. This small limited release is about great vineyards and the winemakers having some fun in the winery, resulting in a classic wine and enjoyment from the first sip.

Winery Tasting Notes
Pale straw with green hues.
Light guava notes with pear and white flower
Round front palate with apple and pear aromas, lifted acidity with a fresh burst of lemon and grapefruit. Fresh fruity finish.
Sushi, chicken salad, mushroom risotto.
Drink young and fresh, well chilled.
Tatachilla experienced a cooler and wetter vintage with below average temperatures, so picking was delayed by a few weeks. Leading to harvest, we had really good vibrancy of fruit and good backbone acidity in the grapes. We picked at optimum aromatic ripeness and acidity and were rewarded with lower sugar content with more aromatic intensity.
