This Pinot Grigio is a first for Tatachilla and is reminiscent of Italian Pinot Grigio's - the home of this variety. This small limited release is about great vineyards and the winemakers having some fun in the winery, resulting in a classic wine and enjoyment from the first sip.

The grapes for this wine were carefully crushed and pressed. Cold settling left the juice very crisp and clear with cold fermentation at 14°C providing intense primary and secondary aromas. The wine was sealed with screwcap to ensure premium quality and retain aromatics.
