A blend of two Australian classics - Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz - in an easy drinking, approachable style.
The two wines are kept separate during the winemaking and are blended after aging to achieve the delicate balance between the characteristics of the two varieties.
The wine is full flavoured with rich mulberry, black olive and spicy oak.

Intensely lifted plums and strawberries with subtle violet aromas.

The wine is fermented in both static and rotary fermenters. During fermentation the must reached 28°C for colour, flavour and tannin extraction. This was then chilled to 20°C. After pressing, the wine is aged in oak for 10 months and then bottled prior to the next harvest.
