Overview

wildbrumby Schnapps Mixed Pack (6 x 500mL)

wildbrumby Schnapps is produced from ripened Australian fruit creating a natural tasting drink.Schnapps is best consumed solo or over ice, but here are some ideas to have a schnappy time!

wildbrumby Schnapps Butterscotch (2 x 500mL)

Tasting Note

The schnapps that is best known in Australia. Most of the butterscotch schnapps that is available in Australia tends to be quite sweet due to having sugar added. The way in which we get our sweetness is by caramelizing apples so it is smoother as opposed to extremely sweet.

Serving Suggestion

This sweet and creamy schnapps is the perfect compliment to desserts such as sticky-date pudding and waffles and ice-cream or simply pour over vanilla ice-cream. Butterscotch is famously added to Bailey's to make a cowboy shot (15mL Butterscotch, 15mL Bailey's). Add 30mL Butterscotch schanpps to hot chocolate (hot whipped cowboy) or add 20mL butterscotch to your latte or afogato.

wildbrumby Schnapps Pear William (2 x 500mL)

Tasting Note

The traditional tasting schnapps, pear being one of the fruits most traditionally made into schnapps. This goes extremely well in between courses as a sorbet style palate cleanser, it also mixes well with lemonade, or as a drink to start or finish a meal. This fruit is also available in the traditional European style of 40% alcohol schnapps.

Serving Suggestion

Enjoy the strong aromas of pear over ice or pour over ice-cream and fruit salad. Include a splash of pear schnapps to a trifle or other desserts such as sorbet or poaching pears. Pear schnapps is also enjoyable sipping while indulging with a cheese platter.

wildbrumby Schnapps Sour Apple (2 x 500mL)

Tasting Note

Granny Smith apples and pickled lemons. Very popular in the mountain regions of Europe as a drink on its own, it also mixes well with soda, mineral or tonic water and is quite refreshing over ice on a hot day and sipped.

Serving Suggestion

Personally... this schnapps is best poured over a snow dome of crushed ice and throw in a fresh lime wedge to add extra tang! To make a `sour tini` also know as a `funnel web` in the mountains; add 15mL of the good vodka and soda water to 30mL of sour apple schnapps, crushed ice and lime.

Alc/Vol: 18.5%
