"Opened it. Thought it looked OK, but backwards. Left it. Came back two days later. Looking good Mama! Blackcurrant, aniseed, earth, cedar, dark chocolate. Medium to full bodied, sinewy and earthy with firm inky tannin, good flavour, serious structure and a tannic ferrous finish. Serious Cabernet. Uncompromising. Will live for a very long time. "

Winery Tasting Notes
The nose displays primary black fruits, cigar box and briary aromas.
The palate is rich with dark chocolate, black fruits and rose petal. The cedar oak is well integrated and the finish is long and structural with firm tannins.
Drinking well now, but will benefit with some additional time in bottle. Cellar for up to 10-15 years.
