This is a gorgeous sangiovese blend…a good deal of dry, grippy tannin…It’s full of flavour – cherries, tar, chalk and violets – and it lingers beautifully once you’ve swallowed. Campbell Mattinson & Gary Walsh Big Red Wine Book 2009/2010 May-09

Winery Tasting Notes

The aromas suggest distinct red fruits and cherry.

Hints of licorice and spice lead into a warm juicy palate that displays dark berries and chocolate. There is a rich mouth feel with a typical dry Sangiovese finish.
