Shiraz is the great tradition of McLaren Vale, going back to the 1850's. It is the dominant variety grown on the estate at Coriole. The terra rosa soils of these vineyards in the Seaview Sub Region creates a well structured and robust style, yet with some elegance, that invariably has great potential in the cellar.
