A deep, rich wine with complex aromas of fruit, spice and hints of pepper. Black cherries, ripe plums and rich chocolate fill the front palate; the cedary French oak characters add to the fleshy mid palate; and the back palate has a firm tannin structure in the background.

Winery Tasting Notes
Deep red colour
Attractive nose showing ripe plum fruit characters with some black pepper and spice notes backed by subtle French oak. A lovely example of cool climate Shiraz.
Typical cool climate Shiraz that is perfectly ripe. The ripe plum and blackberry fruits come through on the front palate, backed by some light cedary notes from the French oak. The wine has a balanced and subtle tannin structure that is harmoniously integrated with the rich fruit core, and provides great length.
