"Pale salmon pink, caramel, apricot Danish notes, strawberries and cream flavours, creamy texture, good length - slips down easily."
Take 5 (Australia), October 2008
"With a light pink appearance, this sparkling wine had quite a dry acquired taste and was good for the price."
Australian Good Taste, Greg Duncan Powell (Australia), January 08
Sparkling of the Month
"This bottle of bubbly is great to have on hand for impromptu celebrations and spontaneous parties, especially as it offers a lot more style and quality than its price suggests. Thanks to its large pinot noir content, this sparkling wine has a beautiful faint blush, which gives it an attractive tint in a champagne flute. Its not a rose but its not quite clear in colour either. This is a versatile sparkling wine thats at home on its own, but is great with seafood starters, such as smoked salmon canapes, too."
Quaff 2008, Peter Forrestal (Australia), January 08
"This is very much in Cockatoo Ridge style so it’s big, bold and powerful with a tight structure, intensity of flavour and grippy acidity."
