A complex wine that changes in the glass as it breathes. It is a substantial wine that still manages to retain a degree of elegance. Difficult to see this maturing before 2025.

A luxuriant impressive wine with melded and integrated oak, lashings of milk chocolate, liquorice and ripe plums as well as cherries and blackberries on the finish making it a ripe juicy full bodied style of Shiraz, albeit with class and a very good structure. Winery Tasting Notes
Deep red - almost black.
Super ripe blackberry and plum with spice, coffee grounds and dark chocolate. Also has notes of roasted meats and grilled nuts. Quite complex.
A medium bodied palate with good concentration of the dark berry fruit, charry oak and chocolate. Fine grained tannins and balanced acidity keep the palate focused and finishing long.
