Winery Tasting Notes
Light straw with subtle green tints.
Attractive straw and honey fragrance, and the faintest hint of kerosene, which is so typical of bottle-aged Riesling.
Is as youthful as the nose, with a lovely fresh lemony acid core, and is as tight and fine as the day it was bottled. It is delicate yet dry, with flavours of straw and honey, which are completely consistent with the nose. And it still has some years to go before it reaches its peak!
