The mouth filling entry of flavours are more Pinot Noir inspired, showing some generously flavoured fresh strawberries and guava. Winemaking Notes

Made in the traditional method, the wine is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay which were hand harvested then chilled before gentle pressing. Fermentation refines the fresh fruit character.

The wine is transferred to old barrels to age in lees before tirage the following summer. In bottle, it’s disgorged and released after two years on lees.
