Overview

Made in the traditional method, the wine is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay which were hand harvested then chilled before gentle pressing.

Winery Tasting Notes

Colour

Pale gold/straw, with a fine, steady bead.

Aroma

Fresh strawberries, rose petals and lemon meringue with some nice fresh toasty brioche, courtesy of the extended time on yeast lees.

Palate

Pinot Noir fruit mouth filling richness showing fresh strawberry flavours, with a wonderful crisp lemon, lime and orange acid centre, keeping things nice and tight whilst driving the wine’s length.
