A fruit driven, early drinking style; fruit sourced from younger vineyards cropped at under three-tonnes to the acre. The palate reflects the generous fruit of the nose, with careful use of oak to enhance varietal characteristics. The Stonier Chardonnay was 80% barrel fermented in predominantly old oak with lees stirring and complete malolactic fermentation, with 20% fermented in stainless steel maintaining the fresh, powerful fruit characters typical of this wine.
