The cool climate vineyards of the Piccadilly Valley and Lenswood sub-regions of the Adelaide Hills are the source of the fruit for this sparkling wine. This blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the cool south facing slopes was hand-picked and delivered to the winery in pristine condition from late February to early March.

Winery Tasting Notes
The Bridgewater Mill Sparkling NV is straw in colour and displays the ripe fleshy fuji apple of Pinot Noir and the more delicate crisp green apple of Chardonnay. This is overlaid by creamy, nutty characters from maturation on yeast lees. The wine literally bursts out of the glass with a fine creamy mousse and is a full flavoured expression of sparkling wine from the Adelaide Hills.
