Simple, fruit-driven style but ample flavour to satisfy. Sweet-sour cherries with darker berry and cola notes giving it a boost. Freshness is the name of the game but there's more fruit substance here than might have been expected. CM - Australian Wine Companion, Rating 90, 25th July 2014
Winery Tasting Notes
Deep dark inky purple colour with a slight red tinge around the rim.
A full nose of black berries, dark plum and hints of clove and pepper open to a soft and equally savoury palate.
Dark red/black berry fruits dominate with hints of brown spices showing through. The elegance of the soft tannins and balanced acidity add to a great finish and long length.
