The nose displays apple, citrus and tropical fruit aromas with underlying minerality.
A crisp and fruit driven expression of Albariño. The palate possesses striking purity with flavours of pears and stonefruit given length and elegance by clean acidity.
Harvested in small batches and transferred directly to the winery. Utmost effort to prevent oxygen ingress through the entire winemaking process. Completely de-stemmed and given a long, cool fermentation. Malo-lactic fermentation is prevented during a short maturation in stainless steel vats before bottling.
