The lush and windswept slopes of the Atlantic west coast have a different climate to the rest of Spain. The ocean provides cooling breezes and refreshing rainfall that result in elegant and delicate wines with soft acidity. Macabeo provides fruit weight and texture to the aromatic Sauvignon and the mineral acidity of the Verdejo. A cool fermentation and maturation on lees is conducted in temperature controlled stainless steel to maximise vibrancy and fruit expression.

A fresh, almost perky nose of white flowers, honeydew melon and peach.
The palate displays elegant stone and tropical fruit flavours but is primarily about texture. The rich mouth-filling flavours coat the mouth before crunchy lemony acidity on the finish.
