Pinot Noir grapes for this rosé were grown in selected vineyards from Domaine Chandon's coolest climates in Victoria’s Great Dividing Range. Each vineyard was earmarked by the winemakers for the specific purpose of rosé style wine. The stylistic aim for Domaine Chandon Pinot Noir Rosé is the retention of soft, red berry fruit flavours as well as savoury, supple tannins.

Winery Tasting Notes
This Pinot Noir Rosé features consistent cherry, strawberry and raspberry aromas, supported by more complex Pinot Noir characters of spice, orange rind and pomegranate.
Delicious Pinot Noir red fruit characters continue on the generous palate, rounded out with gentle acidity and a long, refreshing finish.
Best paired with ramen, smoked salmon dishes or poached winter fruits for dessert.
