Individual parcels were fermented separately in stainless steel with selected yeasts at cool temperatures to retain varietal aromatics. Extended yeast lees contact was encouraged for further development of palate length, texture and additional complexity.

Clear and bright, the wine is pale straw in colour with a clear hue.

On the palate, classic varietal flavours of lime, guava and grassy notes provide a refreshing focus to this wine. The crisp acidity delivers mouth-watering freshness, complementing the high fruit intensity. A creamy texture from lees contact offers complexity and length to the palate.
