Expert Reviews

Complex, toasty and smoky, hazelnut, orchard fruits, yeast and brine. It’s soft and well-rounded, with a fine foamy feel, light lemon soda tang, and a long dry finish. Such good drinking. Rating 93 - Drink by 2020+, Gary Walsh, winefront.com.au (OCT/2015).

The NV Brut Special Cuvee is fabulous. Hints of pears, pastry crust and hazelnut lead to an expansive core of fruit. There is plenty of the signature Bollinger oxidative style in this rich, enveloping Champagne. Once again the Special Cuvee is one of the best Champagnes in its price range. Rating 91 - Antonio Galloni, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate (NOV/2011).
