Prosecco is the traditional Sparkling Wine of Northern Italy made from the grape of the same name. Unlike Champagne, Prosecco is made using the Charmat method, which is tank fermented as opposed to bottle.

Prosecco is the lastest in the batch of Italian varieties to be released by Coriole – inspired by Tim Lloyd, young brother of Mark. It is a fresh and delicate style Sparkling wine…the perfect aperitif.

The nose displays apple, lemon sherbet, pear and citrus notes.


The palate is light and crisp with green apple, spearmint and mandarin. It’s vibrant and pure in the mouth with a gentle, creamy texture. It finishes balanced with delicate, fine acidity.

Sangiovese was pioneered in Australia by Coriole with the first plantings in 1985. Other Italian varieties such as Fiano have Coriole at the forefront of alternative varieties.
