While Semillon retained fine citrus characters and acidity, Sauvignon Blanc displayed abundant tropical fruit flavours. Individual parcels were fermented separately in stainless steel with selected yeasts at cool temperatures to retain varietal aromatics. Extended contact with light yeast lees prior to blending provides further complexity, texture and palate length.

The palate is fresh and vibrant. Juicy tropical fruit flavours dominate the palate, with passionfruit, guava and fresh lime citrus. Fine acidity offers length and persistence. Enjoy while youthful and fresh.
