Winery Tasting Notes
Deep red with a vibrant scarlet rim.
this wine displays red plum and blueberry fruits, with liquorice and pepper spice notes combining with the complexity of subtle vanillin oak.
The palate is soft and juicy with a fresh, fruit-driven focus. Ripe plum and bramble fruits combine with subtle, toasty oak and peppery liquorice notes. Soft velvety tannins give the wine texture and length of palate.
Best enjoyed with a hard cheese platter or succulent roast lamb.
