The Goundrey vineyards are located within the vast plains of the south west corner of Western Australia. Here the vines produce a range of different styles including red wines with rich deep flavours and white vibrant wines with a crisp racy edge.
Homestead wines are crafted to be full-flavoured, mouth-filling wines with good length and drinkability.
Vibrant fruit flavours of dark cherry and black fruit are coupled with hints of vanilla, pepper and other spices. The palate is full and savoury with soft tannins and a rich mouth feel.

Dark ruby red with purple hues
The wine displays rich, red berry aromas complemented by black pepper and a touch of toasty oak.
A rich fruit driven style, vibrant flavours of dark plum and ripe berries are coupled with pepper and other spices. A savoury mid palate and a long, persistent finish contribute to the rich mouth feel.
Enjoy with lamb chops with a balsamic vinegar, thyme and rosemary reduction.
