In keeping with the philosophy of Jacob’s Creek, we have used the assemblage or blending process to select wines with generous fruit aroma and flavour to ensure the high quality, approachable and easy drinking style. Secondary fermentation in the bottle adds creamy and bready complexity to the wine, yet still retains the vibrant fruit.

Winery Tasting Notes
Vibrant mid straw green with a fine gas bead and persistent mousse.
The refreshing lemon citrus aromas of Chardonnay are in harmony with the red berry characters of Pinot Noir. Creamy yeast complexity and biscuity notes support the abundant fruit aromas.
Soft and generous, cool climate citrus flavours are enhanced with creamy yeast characters providing richness, structure and length. A balanced wine finishing crisp and dry, with a delicious, lingering nutty aftertaste.
Serve chilled. An ideal accompaniment to fresh oysters, lobster dishes or crumbled Camembert cheese.
