History shows that Thomas Hardy first blended grapes from multiple regions in 1865. Hardy believed that blending grapes with different characteristics would complement and enhance the qualities of each region. So began Hardy’s rich blending heritage; with each new blend a unique code was created starting from A001.

Deep straw with green tinges
Vibrant aromas of nectarine and peach mixed with characters of toasted cashews and vanillin. A complex and interesting bouquet that is highlighted with spicy French oak notes.
The palate is intensely flavoured with notes of lemon citrus and white peach combining with subtle hints of light spicy oak. A strong backbone of natural acidity provides vibrancy and a mineral line to a sweet and textures palate of impressive persistence.
