Combining the juicy and elegant character of the Cabernet Sauvignon with the structural and savoury influences of the Tempranillo.

Deep crimson-purple; a very interesting blend with a fresh array of cherry/red berry fruits, then firm tannins to finish. Should age well in the short term. To 2014. Rating 90 - James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion Edition 2010
Winery Tasting Notes
Intense red with a purple hue.
This wine displays lifted cassis and blackberry, with hints of black cherry, dark spice and black olives.
On the palate, juicy dark cherry and blackberry characters are accompanied by a long and complex finish of savoury, cigar-box characters, fine tannins and integrated nougat and charry oak.
Enjoy with Osso Bucco served on polenta.
