‘Bossa’, the affectionate nickname that Vittorio De Bortoli bestowed on his childhood sweetheart, Giuseppina, identifies the authentically Australian story of a modern migrant woman. La Bossa wines pay homage to Giuseppina’s inspiring traits. They are wines that are proud and authentic, but with the kind of contemporary style and vibrancy that made Giuseppina one of a kind.
Sweet frizzante style, fresh and lively with flavours of fresh grapes and just a hint of strawberry.

The cool 2011 season lends itself well to warm region moscato, accenting its pink pepper and spicy pomegranate notes. This pale crimson style is sweet and honeyed, with lemonade and lemon zest flavours, finishing soft and gentle. Chill it down to ice cold and quaff it in the sun. Great value at $8 at Grays Online.

"...The 2011 Pink Moscato will please the sweet tooths. It is fairy floss-hued, has mild effervescence and displays lollypop aromas. Jelly bean flavour comes through on the front of the palate, pink lady apple, strawberry and mint characters combine on the middle palate and residual sugar holds sway at the finish."

Pale pink in colour.
The nose displays freshly crushed grapes, with musk and floral undertones and just a hint of strawberry to top it off.
The palate is lively and fresh as one would expect from a frizzante style wine. The palate tastes of fresh grapes with hint of strawberry on the finish.

Enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood and light pasta dishes.
