Our world-famous Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is only the beginning.
The cool, sunny climate, rugged topography and young soils of our country combine to produce some of the world's most distinctive wines – and our Classic range of wines is still considered a benchmark of New Zealand varietal winemaking. These wines are crafted with minimum intervention to be the purest expression of the unique flavour characteristics that key grape varieties achieve in Marlborough and other key growing regions.

Winery Tasting Notes
The wine is pale straw in colour with green highlights.
Aromas of rock melon, lemongrass and ripe gooseberry dominate with top notes ranging from tropical grapefruit to sweet capsicum adding interest to the nose.
This wine displays hints of pungency in conjunction with full fruit intensity. Overall, this is a well-balanced wine showing palate weight, sweet fruit flavours and the crisp, expressive acidity associated with this style.
This wine can be matched with grilled oysters, barbecued prawns or salmon and poached white fish with fresh green salads containing parsley, pepper or lemon. Mediterranean and Turkish dishes with hummus, olives and feta will also match well. Though made to drink while young and vivacious, this wine may be cellared for up to three years to develop further complexity.
