Wine Spectator

On the crisp side, this has a fine mousse, with balance and delicacy. Subtle flavors of ginger, lemon and honey get a lift from the bright acidity, persisting through the long finish. Drink now through 2016.

Winery Tasting Notes

The golden "Grand Bouquet" label adorning this vintage wine is historic. The same label already embellished the first outstanding bottles laid down by Louis and Jacques Vazart towards the end of the 1950s. Produced from a selection of their best Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs plots, this100% Chardonnay is aged for 5 or 6 years in our cellar before reaching maturity. With its subtle flavours, it will be appreciated both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.-
