Winery Tasting Notes

“Dom Pérignon is probably the world's most famous Champagne, and the '88 is an outstanding example of how beautiful this wine can be. Its notes are pure, like a brilliant diamond, and the nose is very fine. Toast, coffee beans, and fresh orangey fruit come to mind. The taste is also brilliant with clear, sharp, uplifting aromas of fruit and nuts. An ultra-sophisticated, rather light Dom Pérignon.” 92 Points, (Richard Juhlin, www.champagneclub.com 08/2006)
