Winery Tasting Notes

Colour

Very deep, dense red/black, but gradually taking on more mature hues - still very dark.

Aroma

Rich berry and plum/prune aromas are offset against quite strong and attractive oak.

Palate

Hugely flavoursome, the wine is a complex mixture of ripe, rich fruit flavours and some strong but complementary oak. Tannins are full and grainy and provide great structure.
