Chateau Haut Barry Bordeaux Superieur 2010:Dominant red berries and a hint of undergrowth on the nose.The palate is generous with flavours of red currant, cedar and mint. Soft, silky tannin with a persistent finish.
Borgo Saletta Vino Rosso IGT Toscano 2009:The Borgo Saletta is a true expression of the whole estate, encompassing a blend of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon (60%) Cabernet Franc (20%) and Merlot (20%) from all vineyard sites. The focus is on fine tannins in order to provide more immediate drinkability.
Chateau Brondeau Bordeaux Superieur 2008:Clean and beautifully balanced, with intense red colour with a ripe fruit and delicate oak aromas.
Partalunga Vineyard Shiraz 2011:A medium bodied Shiraz showing layers of dark plums, pepper and spice with fine grained tannins. A real down to earth style!
Trelawney `The Breaker` Sangiovese 2010:Aromas of perfumed red fruits, cherry, blackberry and sweet oak in the background.The palate is medium bodied with bright red fruit, fresh berries and vanillin. Hints of spice and cardamom follow. The finish is long with silky, even tannins and lengthy acidity. Part of the feature of Sangiovese is the dry savoury tannin structure.Well balanced and ready to drink now.
Inigma Shiraz 2010:Inigma reflects varietal fruit character inspired by long days of Aussie sunshine. Sourced from the Hunter Valley’s finest vineyards, this Shiraz imparts a rich mocha intensity with long plum and pepper flavours filling the mouth.
