Winery Tasting Notes
Castalia Pinot Noir 2014:Rich burgundy red in colour. Displays ripe berry fruit aromas complimented by spicy undertones.
Borgo Bello Chianti DOCG 2014:Borgo Bello represents a high concept of winemaking, as all starts from a deep care of the vineyards in order to arrive to the excellence in bottle. The Borgo Bello Estate produces its own wines in its own vineyard situated on the hills of Tuscany. A good body and a long lasting bouquet with hints of cherry and spice.
Chateau Brejou 2014:Château Bréjou displays an attractive, intense, red colour. Spicy, toasted aromas that blend harmoniously with the fruit. On the palate, the fruit aligns well with the oak-aged character, so typical of the stunning clay-limestone terroirs exposed on the slopes of Sainte-Foy Bordeaux. This is a powerful, well-structured wine, made for the long haul. Silver Medal - Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2016
Borgo Bello Pinot Grigio 2015:This Pinot Grigio makes a light, semi fragrant wine with lemony-citrusy flavours
Pierre Chainier Selection Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 2014:This Touraine, produced on flint, clay and limestone, offers sweet aroma of white flowers on the nose and tropical fruits on the palate, making it one of the best Sauvignon Blanc the Loire has to offer.
Makaraka `Reserve` Sauvignon Blanc 2014:This wine holds aromas of capsicum and ripe gooseberry that are well balanced on the palate, giving a long fresh finish. This wine also enjoys a soft mineral structure.
