This resilient grape relished the cool 2012 vintage, producing a broad spectrum of excellent flavours. For this elegant wine we selected fruit from the Siberia, Erics and Katunga vineyards, each block providing its own distinctive profile. The wine was matured in French and American oak for 28 months.

Winery Tasting Notes
The wine has lifted bouquet of Kirsch cherries, violets, pink plum and cedar/vanilla oak.
Has a concentrated palate that exhibits spicy black cherry, pomegranate, musk and tangy morello cherry, complemented by hints of kalamata olive. The fine grain textured tannins, subtle oak and savoury varietal flavours are beautifully integrated in a long sustained finish.
