Winery Tasting Notes

Colour

A gorgeous pale straw colour.

Aroma

Aromas of fresh- cut tropical fruits, citrus and grassy herbaceous notes.

Palate

Tropical fruit flavours of guava and melon are lifted with citrus and red apple creating a fresh fruit salad bowl of flavour, with a lovely fruit weight and texture. This is an early drinking, soft tropical fruit style with great intensity of fruit flavours, balanced by fresh acidity and a hint of sweetness.

Food Matching

Partner with mildly spiced Asian dishes or fresh seafood.

Grays Tasting Panel Review

Not a variety you see much of in Australia with its spiritual home being France’s Loire Valley. Highly aromatic with lifted notes of passionfruit and guava. A nicely balanced, soft wine offering a variety of fruit salad flavours. My wife commented that it would be nice unwind after work with a glass while preparing dinner. 90 points.
