Our 8th successive cracker vintage. The terms "warm, sunny, mild with ocean breeze" typify the conditions experienced particularly in the Treeton region. This has yielded truly exceptional white fruit showing intense varietal flavours. Aromatic varieties characterised with crisp acidity and palates of fresh citron/ lime extending to lively stone fruit aromas - showcasing typical Margaret River elegance, flavour and finesse.

Winery Tasting Notes
Varietal Makeup: Semillon (55%), Sauvignon Blanc (45%)
A radiant pale straw.
Intense aromas of gooseberries, fresh lemon and pineapple, intermingled with a hint of musk, fresh green peas and meadow hay.
The Semillon led palate is crisp, clean and jam- packed with fresh cut pineapple, lemongrass and layers of juicy stone fruits. A nice racy acid keeps the sherbet like finish crisp and dry. Drinking delightfully now but will reward richly with age.
Drinking now - 3 years.
Chicken, fish, cheeses, crab & lamb taco.
