Pale quartz; a very interesting wine that pushes the flavour boundaries of semillon and riesling close up against each other; here sweet lemon/citrus flavours dominate the palate until the finish when flinty, wet stone acidity takes hold, providing the wedge between the varieties.

Winery Tasting Notes
Pale straw in colour.
Fragrant perfumes of honeysuckle, melon and lemon.
The palate is flavoursome, showing intense flavours of tropical fruit, peach and zesty lemon with a clean minerality. The wine has crisp freshness with excellent length and a well-balanced refreshing acidity.
Best paired with sushi, grilled salmon, pecking duck, lobster, soup and cheeses.
